- You're pursuing or have recently earned a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or Communications
- You have 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or customer-facing roles

- You’re adaptable, analytical, communicative, and thrive in remote environments
- Remote-first setup—work flexibly from anywhere
- Hands-on experience in modern HR operations
